We built (well Eko built) the crib over the weekend! The room is slowly coming together now. We're so excited...

Hospital Maternity Tour...

Tonight we go on a "Maternity Tour" of the Alexandria Inova Hospital. A few weeks ago my doctor told me to be sure to book a slot online as they go fast. So I logged on and the first available date was April 2nd, Moms Anniversary.

Immediately I knew this was it, the best way to spend today--remembering Mom and sharing this with her. Check it out here!

26 weeks 6 days, but who's counting?

Back to Alexandria Hospital this week and had another look at our baby boy. Things are going really well, my placenta previa has improved itself so there's no more need to worry! The doc said this is a very normal pregnancy and the baby is growing, growing, growing! If he keeps up at this rate, we may be looking at 9 lb.'er -- Yikes! (Or, we may have the date a bit too late... we shall see!)

He was facing my back, so it was hard to see his face that day, but we got a good look at those perfect feet and all 10 toes. In the end, we even got a smile...

We ate at this amazing Trattoria outside of the resort called "LIFeSTYLE". The owners opened the store at 7:30 for a reservation only 5-course dinner, all done with the products in the store. Amazing!
